2015: The Year of the Manager

The dawn of a new year calls for the requisite fresh start and resolutions. There seems no better time than the start of the year to launch this MyObjectives blog. The blog will focus on topics important to performance management, tips for managers and more information on how MyObjectives can help your organization.

At Alliance, we have declared 2015 “The Year of the Manager.” This year we take action to bring leaders at organizations the tools, resources and discussions to create a motivated team. Our goal is to help companies achieve their potential, for managers to gain skills and for employees to feel empowered in the workplace.

Often managers are faced with a challenge to align their team’s goals with organizational goals. For unskilled, new or stalled managers, this can be difficult. But aligning your team doesn’t have to be a challenge and in our blog, we will give you the details on how to get your team back on top.

In the blog you’ll see experts’ opinions and research on everything from behavioral issues to gaming, design and technology. We’ll focus on topics important to the performance management industry, and we’ll be announcing some exciting events later this year.

So, keep coming back!
