Use the free version. Most non-profits and academic institutions will get along with the free version just fine. Over time you'll recognize the value of the MyObjectives way and make an informed decision to subscribe to the Plus! features.
You will be billed in the denomination of the country you are registered. Currency conversion, tax collection and merchant fees are converted automatically.
Just add more users. If you are subscribing to the Plus! features, you'll get billed accordingly with your next billing cycle. The more value you find with more of your personnel using MyObjectives, the more our tiered pricing structure makes sense: Each tier is 2x the price of the previous, but each tier allows 5x the number of users. The more pervasive your use of MyObjectives is, the more of its value you'll realize, as the culture of repeating success cycles takes root within your teams (see our self-paced training to learn more about repeating success cycles).
