We’ve been busy over in the United Kingdom. Or more precisely our awesome UK-based partner, There Be Giants, has been ringing up sales of our MyObjectives software for us.
Five new customers, across a wide range of industries, signed on to use our goal achievement software in the past few months. The early returns from the new customers suggest that our software is increasing their employee engagement and centering everyone on the goals that matter most.
And here’s a shocker: we’ve heard reports of fun in the workplace.
Roger Longden’s management consulting firm, There Be Giants, is driving the UK action. One of the new clients, Manchester-based dBx Acoustics credits MyObjectives for improving its organizational alignment. In a sound design environment that requires great attention to detail, Director Susan Witterick needed a way to get everyone on her team on the same page.
“They were impressed with how the technology solution aligned everyone in the organization on what matters most,” said Longden, who helped implement the MyObjectives software for dBx. “They’ve integrated it into their business plan.”
Binary Box, a large-scale creative print agency in Stockport, also recently put MyObjectives in play at their workplace. It’s an agile business, with mostly millennial employees that like to move fast.
“We did a business planning workshop and a few training sessions on MyObjectives and they were up and running within two weeks,” Longden said.
Three other new UK clients – Accountancy Place, Parcel Partners and Plain Selling – also ramped up recently on MyObjectives and have experienced positive business results. Get more details in our press release.
